The project brought a unique blend of challenges — the remarkable mountain location, its rich historical context, and the complex, remote build — we set out to document the journey of bringing this lookout tower to life. From processing the timber in our Norfolk workshop to helicopter drops of materials on the hilltop site, every step was an adventure worth sharing.

Set overlooking Loch Katrine deep in the Trossachs National Park it's called the Roderick Dhu Lookout Tower and for us, is a truly special project, inspired by the birthplace of Scottish tourism.
