1. Policy Statement

CAP.CO – Creating Adventurous Places Ltd is committed to operating an effective Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. Our objective is to consistently deliver safe, compliant, and high‑quality electrical, mechanical, and fire safety services that meet customer requirements, statutory obligations, and applicable industry standards.

Quality is integral to our business strategy and commitment to ongoing improvement

2. Quality Objectives

In line with ISO 9001, CAP.CO aims to:

 – Enhance customer satisfaction through reliable service delivery.

– Meet all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

– Prevent non‑conformities through effective planning and risk control.

– Ensure work is right first time, reducing defects and rework.

– Continually improve the effectiveness of our QMS.

Quality objectives are monitored through audits, performance reviews, and management review meetings.

3. Scope of the Quality Management System

The QMS applies to:

– All employees, subcontractors, and suppliers working on behalf of CAP.CO.

– All activities including design, procurement, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and testing.

– All UK and European operations undertaken by the company.

– Subcontractors and Suppliers – Meet CAP.CO quality, competence, and contractual requirements.
