CAP.CO is committed to operating an effective Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. Our objective is to consistently deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality design, build, and maintenance services that meet customer requirements, statutory obligations, and applicable industry standards. Quality is integral to our business strategy and our commitment to ongoing improvement.
In line with ISO 9001, CAP.CO aims to:
– Enhance customer satisfaction through reliable and exceptional service delivery.
– Meet all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
– Prevent non-conformities through effective planning and risk control.
– Ensure work is right first time, reducing defects and rework.

The QMS applies to all employees, subcontractors, and suppliers working on behalf of CAP.CO, across all activities including design, procurement, build, commissioning, maintenance, and testing, in all UK, European, and US operations.

This Quality Assurance Programme operates alongside CAP.CO’s Health, Safety and Wellbeing Policy; Environmental Policy; Sustainable Procurement Policy; and Sustainable Travel and Transport Policy, together forming an integrated management system supporting safe, sustainable, and high-quality delivery.
This policy is communicated to all employees and relevant stakeholders, and is reviewed annually or following significant organisational or legislative change.
