Supplier Code of Conduct

As a design and build adventure play business with bases in the UK and USA and operating globally, CAP.CO is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and sustainable operations throughout our business and supply chain.

We expect our suppliers to share our commitment to responsible business practices. This Code of Conduct outlines the minimum standards we require of any business we work with. Suppliers must:

– Sustainability: Support our decarbonisation journey and work with us towards Net Zero by 2040.

– Non-Discrimination: Ensure all employees are treated equally and fairly, regardless of race, colour, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, political affiliation, nationality, or social or ethnic origin.

– Freedom of Association: Allow employees to communicate openly with management regarding working conditions without fear of retaliation, harassment, or intimidation.

– Child Labour: Not employ children in any jurisdiction.

– Forced Labour: Not engage in or support the use of forced, bonded, or involuntary labour. Employees must work voluntarily and be free to leave employment with reasonable notice.

– Health and Safety: Provide a safe and healthy working environment, including safety equipment, ongoing training, and measures to prevent accidents and injury.

– Fair Pay: Ensure wages meet or exceed the legal minimum wage in the relevant jurisdiction. Payment of the Real Living Wage is strongly encouraged.

– Environment: Comply with all relevant environmental laws and regulations.

– Waste: Operate in line with our Waste Management Policy to reduce, reuse, recycle, and recover waste products.

Compliance and Monitoring

Suppliers must adhere to this Code and communicate these standards to their own employees and subcontractors. CAP.CO reserves the right to terminate a supplier relationship in the event of a material breach.

Continuous Improvement

We believe in continuous improvement and encourage suppliers to regularly review and enhance their practices in line with this Code of Conduct. Together, we can achieve sustainable and ethical growth that benefits all stakeholders.
