Since the very early days of CAP.CO, we have focused on creating incredible, adventurous places for families to enjoy together. We've created magical playgrounds, incredible places to stay and stunning places to party. But we're growing. With projects around the world, we need to strengthen our team with four key additions to support this growth.
The four roles we are recruiting for are as follows:
A Designer to lead on the conceptual development and practical delivery of entirely unique and bespoke play spaces across the UK and beyond.
As one of the leading lights in the design team you will be responsible for the delivery of a wide range of some private but mostly commercially run adventure play sites, stand-alone visitor attractions, treehouse accommodation, viewing towers, the occasional music festival set-ups and much more besides.
Experience in the adventure play or visitor attractions sectors with thorough knowledge of playground safety standards and planning / building regulations is desirable (but not absolutely essential)
This role can be home-based, at one of our regional centres, or at the Norfolk workshop and some time will be spent traveling to and working on-site to plan and oversee projects.

We're looking for a Technical Designer / Engineer with an eye for detail, a nose for problem solving and a creative mind to deliver the best bespoke build packages possible for our clients and partners.
As part of the design team you will produce planning, technical and construction level drawing packages for a wide range of some private but mostly commercially run adventure play sites, stand-alone visitor attractions, treehouse accommodation, viewing towers and the occasional music festival setups and much more besides. You’ll exemplify our commitment to design detailing, ensuring quality and best practice at all times.
This role can be home-based, at one of our regional centres, or at the Norfolk workshop. There maybe some time traveling to, and working on site to plan and oversee projects.

We're looking for an Administrative Assistant with exemplary organisation skills and an eye for detail, ensuring all internal systems and compliance requirements are in impeccable order.
Reporting to the Business Compliance Manager (our Build Sheriff) you will focus on supporting in all areas, paying particular attention to administrative and clerical tasks, in order to meet the organisation's objectives and goals.
This role will be based mainly at our Norfolk workshop but does offer flexibility in working from home for part of the week.

We're also looking for an Operations Coordinator who will act as the key conduit between all senior members of the CAP.CO operations team, facilitating the super-smooth running of the business on a day-to-day basis.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, essentially, the position will focus on supporting the team in all areas, paying particular attention to administrative and clerical tasks across all departments, in order to meet the organisation's objectives and goals.
This role will be based mainly at our Norfolk workshop but does offer flexibility in working from home for part of the week.
